OOC and Image Spam in II

In this thread in International Incidents concerning oil production, there are five posts within the first 20 that are OOC marked posts that are nothing but counting down from 5 to 1. When asked about the OOC countdown by a confused new role player, the replay came here that it was a countdown "From Griffincrest coming to destroy you guys...". This was followed by this post of some sort of creature, perhaps a dinosaur, with a person's head pasted on to it, with no further context given.

I obviously will not contest or attempt to obstruct mod judgment in any way, but I do not feel that this type of conduct fosters a positive role playing environment.

Since it's the same issue, I thought I would just use this thread again. I hope I'm not just being OCD about it, but I'm finding it incredibly irritating.

In this thread, people are once again posting messages in OOC form that consist entirely of single numbers - presumably, another countdown until Blackhelm Confederacy's arrival. There is some actual OOC communication in the post for "3" in the countdown, but I don't see how "5" and "4" in the OOC countdown can be seen as anything but spam.

It is my opinion that people who do this sort of thing need to be stomped on fast and furiously, with big wooden clogs. That kind of garbage is never funny or amusing except to the most brain dead of people and has no place in II.

The last thing every thread about oil needs is retarded cheerleading.
