Stolen flag

Hello, I am Itinerate Tree Dweller.

I recently observed that someone is making use of my flag as their own without any permission from myself.

The particular offender is here: http://www.nationstates.net/slazenagara

I was wondering if it is against any rules to blatantly steal another nations flag.

The flag is custom, I designed it myself and never released it in any flag making thread.

I feel that because my flag is unique to my nation, other nations may mistake them for me at first glance.

Either here or through Getting Help is a good way of getting it resolved.

Also, it is plainly against the rules for another user to lift your flag like that. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=13#p92
