Covenant Forces appeared to have his nation deleted, then created another one. Could a mod please help me with this (dealing with it/identifying the rules on this)?

I'm not a mod, so I'm not privy to all the details.

Having said that, I THINK if his nation has been DELETED for cause and he created a new nation, he can post with it, but his posting history as his previous nation will be taken into consideration. If he has been FORUM BANNED and he's posting with another nation, that means he's liable to have BOTH nations deleted.

If his nation was deleted due to INACTIVITY, he can restore it.

Then again, I'm not privy to everything that's going on.
