Hello, several hours ago I started this post: http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=11684&start=25 It was titled, "Who would you stalk" I meant it to be a topic about celebrities that people were huge fans of. I figured that the title would be a humorous way of putting it. I have read the rules about topics on how to commit crimes, but we were just talking about who we would stalk "if" there would be no repercussions. As far as I can tell, there was no mention of "how" to stalk someone.

We shouldn't have to spell this out, but apparently we do.

I am not trying to cause problems, I just want to state my opinion that in my post no one was describing how to stalk someone.

I don't think he was trying to encourage criminal activity. I think by "stalk" (with the quotes) he meant "do you ever fantasise about". What if he changed the topic to (or started a new topic on) "do you fantasise about any celebrates? If so, whom?"

Think about it: do you really, really want to throw a title like that to the ravening hordes of General? Second post: "Yes, I do fantasise about @@celebrityname@@, and what I fantasise is @@toomuchinformation@@, with an @@improbable@@ while @@impossible@@ and @@illegal@@."

Seishin no Ryuu, the problem is that you have no control over what other people will post, and your thread would have been a temptation for some major idiocy from people who may not care that their antics could cost all of us these forums. There are some topics that are just destined to end in tears, and this was one of them.
