For awhile Tao Qin has been telegramming me. He demands that I debate him over the issues. I told him to stop but he continues to spam up my TG box. Can you please deal with this?

We would appreciate the entire story next time. A single telegram is not spamming your inbox.

1) Don't threaten people.
2) Don't telegram people 15 times and then tell us they are spamming your inbox.
