It is in the International Incidents. Its a person complaining about an IC alliance banned Filbertiana, but it also seems to be about the mod's decision to give Filbertiana a vacation. It could potentially turn into a firey inferno of red hot flame.

Actually it's someone complaining about an IC Alliance banning someone that they suspected to be a puppet from their elections. The player also just happened to be on a vacation from the forums by Mod Decision.

So i'm pritty sure that it belongs in II, but it could turn into a flame fest if one is not careful.

Well I think they are complaining about both UNTO banning him from the elections but also the Mods banning him from the forums.

Personally I think it's an II thing, but a Mod may believe that it's a Moderation thing and move it here. I think it could go either way.
