Yes, Hello.

I have a... very big inquiry as to this 'politically-based mmorpg'

the roleplay is my basic concern,

how am I to get noticed and brought into IC scenes,

I have forum roleplayed but I never have done it like this, how do you figure out your troops?

How am I to roleplay war ?

How is it possible to roleplay war without 'metagame'/'powergame'/'godmod'?

these arent many questions but they will need an extensive amount of explanation.

Read the threads stickied in the International Incidents or the Nationstates forum. They are there for a reason.

I suggest looking around International Incidents, NationStates, Factbooks and National Information, and Global Economic and Trade. Read some of the threads to get a hang of it then go to This Thread and have them help you learn how to RP if you need to.

thanks for the help everyone, but my questions havent been answered,

YES, I have read all the topics on the tutorials.

but I still want to know how to correctly calculate my economic resources and Military forces, along with technology.

Some people use various NS calculator sites, but for the most part it's free-form roleplay. You can claim pretty much anything you want for your military and such. The catch of course, is that doesn't mean other players will bother to play with you; so it's kinda more like you can have whatever you want that the people playing with you will agree with. RPs here tend to be less about the hard numbers and more about the creative end of it.
