I don't think "being ridiculous" only ensue a RP thread lock in the rules, or otherwise we would see lots of locked threads in II right now. The OP posting irrelevant spam, promoting a fertile soil for trolling and flames(whether intentionally or not) and refusing to cooperate with people who had enough patience or something else to actually bother posting there ("I winz u luze LOL!!11one") certainly does, however.

Orright, it's locked.

Locked, btw, not because it didn't make sense, but because of the rulebreaking it was leading to.

It's forbidden to reopen a thread on the same topic as a locked thread, but I see no reason why New Kansasland and The Violetist Enclave, who seem to have reached an understanding about writing styles, shouldn't pursue their own RP.

New Kansasland, if you want to RP a serious war, you might benefit from contacting some of the people involved in the NS Trainers Organisation. They'll help you deal with probable size of military, armaments and so on. The Trainers were started by imported_viZion on the Jolt forums, and the service is apparently being continued here.
