[QUERY]Nation seems to be endorsing two nations at once

I was recently looking at the ranking of most endorsed of my region, when I realised that two people were endorsed by... the same one person? I thought at first it surely had to have been an alt and was just WA rules breaking, but no, it's the very same account. Is this possible? Is it a glitch? Am I missing something? It feels like something weird is going on as it persists if the page is reloaded, and it's the same url so it really is the same nation.

This is normal. People can endorse multiple people at the same time.

I'm not sure what you're reporting here? You can endorse more than one nation at a time.

I was genuinely convinced that endorsing one nation removed endorsement from another, and this wasn't possible. Seems I missed something...

You may be thinking of WA Membership. You can only have one Nation in the WA at a time. That nation can Endorse as many other nations as they want.
