Full-on, official CSA flag (from March 4th, 1865 until the end of the American Civil War).

Given the shade of this flag's blue (which distinguishes it from Somalia's flag) and the name of the nation wielding it, this one is most likely the so-called "Bonnie Blue Flag", an unofficial flag of the CSA.
