Why's the Rittenhouse thread even still going? The trial has ended. At this point the thread is just becoming a breeding ground for trolling, as this isn't the first time activity on that thread has been reported (and may not be the last).

I think mods should considering locking that thread, honestly. If not now then soon

As for why we haven't locked it yet, it is still an active news event and discussion. We probably should start discussing when to stick a fork in it though.
