I'm not quite sure what this falls under, exactly; I know there's a bit in the OSRS about copyrights and users "owning the copyright to everything they post here".
The thread in question is viewtopic.php?f=7&t=445080.
The region's RMB suggests they are using real-life World Cup results to produce scores for their tournament. In itself not actionable as a broken rule (although I would question, then, whether it falls under NS Sport or should be moved to P2TM or somewhere else, as it's not then a "sports RP"?).
However, the "match reports" in the thread have been taken wholesale from real-life news reports about the matches, with just names of players and countries changed. It's copyright infringement/plagiarism, and could pose a legal issue.
See for example this post: viewtopic.php?p=34200175#p34200175
From the first game, the report is nearly word-for-word (aside from teams/players) for this report from 90 Min. Using the closing sentence as an example:
Post: "There would be no time left for the host to correct their mistake, leaving Malayan Tiger with a narrow 1-0 victory in the end"
Original: "There would be no time left for the Lions to correct their mistake, leaving Team Melli with a narrow 1-0 victory in the end"
And the second game report is ripped from this AFP report about Portugal vs Spain in real life.
Post: "Three minutes after that, Zariff’s glorious effort from 22 yards made it 3-2, his half-volley curling into the net off the left-hand post. That looked to be that, but Zulkifli had the last word."
Original: "Three minutes after that, Nacho's glorious effort from 22 yards made it 3-2, his half-volley curling into the net off the left-hand post. That looked to be that, but Ronaldo had the last word"
I haven't searched for where the other two reports are ripped off from, but there's a pattern here and it should probably be stopped?
EDIT: Report 3 in this post comes from the New York Times; report 4 from 90 Min as well.
