I used to play, I wonder what the limit of time on recovery of a nation and who do i talk to

If I'm understanding this correctly, there is no limit on the time to recover one's nation. All you need to do is type in your password (if your nation has expired), and revive it yourself.

Euroslavia is right,but i think he forgot hiss password...Also this is not for NS forum,this is for Techincal,i don't know what is it's name,but it is something for techincs and things like it...
