I'd already been thinking of putting together a possible 'Newcomers Guide' for the GA, but that would obviously be too long for this: Still, maybe telling them about the Bar would be a good idea?

It may be hard to find sources for some of that stuff, with Jolt going down. Although, I suppose Kenny probably has a lot of the super-relevant stuff up on NS wiki - especially so far as NS/WA stuff goes.

Aw, c'mon, Mousie, who needs references? I just mean short 'n' sweet, dot-point stuff. For example:

You know the things people will occasionally describe as "far-famed", as in "the far-famed Homeland Security stunt"? Yeah, those: just a line or two to give a hint why they are far-famed. Not a total, in-depth report, just a teaser.

In terms of documenting NS history... how about links to offsite forums?

Personally, I'd love to see a definitive history of coups in The North Pacific (and maybe expand it to the other feeders). We tend to date historical gameplay events by delegacies and coups (e.g., "Yeah, that was a little before Great Bight." "During the Crimson Order..." "Shoeless Joe was after The Empire, but since then..."). But I cannot for the life of me keep straight whether Great Bight came before or after Stars of Sky and Cathyy and Insane Power and Pixiedance and Pierconium, and where the Puppet Master operation came in.

Welcome to NS! the most likely place to post you info would be at theFactbooks and national Information forum. Regarding your 2nd question, answer the issues that are shown on the left-hand side of the page. Answering them will increase your nation's relative strength and population. You also might want to check in the Gameplay Forum to get better answers than i can about any other questions you may have about NS. Once again welcome to NS and I hope I gave you some good advice. If not, just ignore me.
