If this doesn't belong here, then sorry, I couldn't figure anywhere else.

How can I contact the admin or mods? I don't have a question about a bug or anything technical.

If it's a standard question, then probably moderation for the moderators. If it's an in game problem or if you want to get a hold of an Admin directly, then the Getting Help Page might work best.
