A forum suggestion

Something I've encountered that's a bit annoying and wouldn't be too hard to fix (I think) is that when someone links something, it doesn't open a new window (or tab for me). It basically means that I have to hit back (possibly a number of times) instead of just closing the tab when I want to browse back to the forum, but I find it less convenient.
So if links would open a new window by default, this would be swell.

I understand how it would be more convenient if it opened in a new tab automatically, but you are aware that you can just right-click any link and select "open in new tab", right? Okay, that's two clicks instead of one, but this is how I deal with all and any links I encounter so I don't have to worry about / remember how it is set as default on which webpge.

If we made that the default, though, and you preferred to open links in the same window, that's not easy. So in the name of preserving user choice, I (somewhat) prefer defaulting to open-in-same-window.
