This thread seems to be a little funky; on the International Incidents index, it doesn't have a title. I'm not part of it or anything, but the mere concept of a thread I can't... click on gives me goosebumps.

Seems to be displaying fine now (I hit "edit", changed nothing, then hit "submit").
