This is because someone else sent me a telegram saying they wanted to register the name but couldn't.

At this point in time there's no way to delete nations and allow someone else to register the name again. If you want them to have the nation you can change the password to something random and give them the password for a complete switchover. I'd make sure to wipe all personal info (email and such) from it first though and make sure it's not in the WA.

if you just don't log on to your nation in 28 days, it will be deleted automatically

But you can delete your email, change the password to something innocuous like "HiGuyWhoWantsThisName" and let him have it.

He'll be stuck with your original setting, but he'll have the name.
