Well I could be totally wrong here but from my point of view it looks like the tracker could have gotten confused, because Skyline Airways was removed from delegacy without actually being replaced by anyone else, thus confusing whatever code is used to determine longest serving Delegate.

It probably fixed itself once Fdgsfdgsfdgsfdg was elected delegate, for whatever reason. The mods may want to look into the code if this is the case, and if it has happened / is happening in other regions.

Where a region doesn't have a stored record for longest Delegate service, it takes a guess; it can be wrong but it's auto-correcting.
