Issue: no issues

I just got the issue Follow the leader (and made RMS the leader of the HURD :bow: ). But now after the update, I have no single issue. I never experienced this before with any of my nations. Is this a bug? A feature?

I don't suppose you have things set to only 1 issue per weekday and not per day? Not sure that would account for it, but since it's a Saturday...

I checked the HURD (yes, my puppet, no we're both not in the WA). Its issues are set to once per weekday, but wouldn't this normally mean that issues would be pending until the next one comes? Instead of looking like this, I mean: http://666kb.com/i/bam6mns5l5u0io19s.png

I remember it from the time when I not logged in to the HURD every weekend or so...
