United Kingdom should be added in registration

Postby Kilcanada » Thu May 14, 2009 6:18 am

In the list of options for titles of nations - "United Kingdom" should be added as well.

Just a suggestion!
Puppet nation of Astholm.
Used for promoting different national manufacturers etc. in trade

When you get to 500 million, you can put United Kingdom or pretty much anything else in front of your nation name.

Still, it's a fairly well-known nation description...couldn't we look at expanding that list? (County, Earldom, etc other common or well-known real life examples)

How about 'Khanate'?

I think United Kingdom would be nice to have. Waiting til 500 Million is a while to be able to change it, and it is a pretty good title. Khanate, though awesome, is a bit less well known...sorry...

Buccaneer Republic would be amazing...

Oh yeah... nearly impossible, at least for the dozens that quit after the first day of NS - but we didn't want them anyway. ;)

We didn't?

A few more options wouldn't hurt and wouldn't be difficult to add as they have no effect on anything else.

[violet] is in need of some poking on this in order for it to have a chance of happening. Perhaps you'll find she's in a good mood, we've definitely gotten a lot of good improvements recently. :)

Not even some of the "jems" I conjured up like 'Buccaneer Republic'...

Thanks [violet].

Though I feel a lack of a 'district' seems odd-ish, but I can live it.

Now may our n00bs be united for ever in their kingdoms!

I guess we just solved the "is [violet] Max?" question.

Unless its a trick to make us think that they are different people. Surely max would have restarted his nation for the new forum unless... :D

I imagine it's one of those reverse reverse quadruple anti psychology things. Max is actually all of us. :P

Also, yay, United Kingdom was added!

What about the possibility of having a debate/whatever to add a few more common/famous types?

Fixed! (Don't ask me how to rationalise that)

Also, I'm all for a couple more names, but the list shouldn't get too long.

It means that people will probably have seen a variety of issues. That way they will know what's out there and what the general style, quality, and effect of issues should be.

EDIT: Wrong 500 million population trigger... it's just that issues are on my mind...

Just get rid of the waiting till 500 million, it has no purpose.

Also it weeds out a lot of the 'bad seeds' (hehehe) that would misguidedly use their pretitle to offend someone - most of them don't stick with the game up to 500 mil (they can't handle the modly heat :) )

There is a lot of ways founders would like to describe their newly-found territory, but I am not sure whether [violet] may wish to lift the 500 million milestone yet.
