The great Delegates disappearing act

On the region page, Delegates are not being displayed. They do have their powers still though.

This may or may not be related, but prior to update I was unable to endorse the nation Womble land. It gave me the "You cannot endorse Womble land as you are not in the same region" message, although I was definitely in the same region.

This is bizarre. It seems the World Assembly Tally Clerk could not simply handle the huge number of votes and just gave way.

I'm sure I voted for as delegate a few days back.

UPDATE: I've also tried re-voting but the counter isn't taking note either.
