About Warning levels.

I was checking something in my User Control Panel today and I saw that I got a warning level of 2 on my Profile Overview. I'm not sure about that so I wanted to inquire if I was warned officially by a Mod and didn't see it or if that's a bug or a glitch in the site. If I was warned for something I did, I will fully take the blame and shut up about it. I just wanted to make sure and have a short explanation. Pweese?
