Who can view a password protected regions RMB?

Myself and my RL friends have made a region, yet I got a telegram from the leader of my former region saying I was going to get deleted for things that I posted on our own passworded regions RMB. Can just anyone view what we say on our RMB or do you have to be a member of the region in order to view?
Just wondering because I don't want all of us getting deleted over a conversation between friends because a non-member found it offensive.

Anybody can view any region's RMB. Whether or not your nations would get deleted for posting vulgar messages is a question for the Moderation forum.

Well actually if it is an in-game offense (RMB would be) it shouldn't be discussed in the moderation forum... That's specifically for forum offenses.

And as for the topic of the thread, a password effects who can enter a region. Nothing else. They can still look at your region like any other non-passworded region.

Keep it clean, the whole of NS can see. If you want to say whatever you like, get an offsite forum.

"Is X illegal" would be fine for Moderation. "So-and-so did X on my RMB!" should be filed via the Getting Help Page.
