Are 0s bans legal?

Assume everything is being done to avoid simultaneity. Are bans 0s apart inherently illegal?

Isn't there a 1s cap on bans? Like, gameside, you can only ban players every 1s?

It would make sense. If I banned my own puppets of course I would get 0s apart. But if I were to try to ban players, I would get the 1s ban cooldown in the region, hmm? I've tried testing this, and it seems to be the case. But I was unsure, since it takes longer to load the regional control page because I have so many embassies on my embassy collecting region, so the page loads are slower.

No. 1 ban per second, per region. We have a flood control timer specifically for that. Sometimes the timer may expire before your page loads if you have slow internet, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Actually rereading this it might just be because my account is the founder, and this throttle only applies to ROs (including the WAD). Would this be correct? Otherwise, I'm not sure how to explain this:

Interesting. I'll take a look at the code for bans then, founders may be exempt from the timer.

Edit: governor nations are exempt from the timer.
