You can change your ideology, its by roleplaying in the forums, and you can also do the econamy one by roleplaying in the forums. But in the game outside of the forums (which you are currently in), then I don't know.

yeah bc i want to change my iedology bc my economy sucks

That all comes through answering issues. Sooner or later, you'll get an issue that, when answered accordingly, removes the "Socialism" policy; similarly, answering economic issues accordingly will improve your economy over time as well.

By the way, you can have a fantastic economy with the "Socialism" policy as well - see Kyldellian Halon, for example. You might have to work for it more, though.
