My leader rules with a “fair hand” and my puppet “with an iron fist”. Are there many other types?

I'm pretty sure you can have your leader rule with an "even hand".

You can. One of the puppets that I checked today has this. It's an Inoffensive Centrist Democracy, which might be a factor.

I've just seen it on this puppet as well, but this is a Civil Rights Lovefest rather than another ICD.

There is "even hand, fair hand, iron fist" Never seen a account with different one in flavor text.

I have "even hand" with a Left Leaning College State classification.
