Nation Creation

My friend is trying to create a nation(he has never even opened the site before) and it tells him "Sorry, repeat nation creation is currently throttled! This is usually an automatic measure in response to a high volume of new nation foundings. Please try again later."

I know it says try again later but he is, uh, urgent when it come to this kind of thing so here is a list of things we have tried;


Turning off his phone and turning it back on.
Closing the page and re-opening it.
Clearing cookies.
Clearing Cache.
Trying everything again. (3x currently on fourth attempt);

That is all I have for today,

it's probably because of the recent announcement on nation re-creation, people are rushing to recreate old nations and as such the amount of nations being created is probably too high and as such your gonna have to wait for some time no matter how hard you try.

He has to try again later. Period. There is no other way to get around the throttle.

Nice thought, but no. He's probably using the same cell tower as someone creating a bunch of puppets.
