Update Regarding WA Telegram Blockers

Hello! It’s been a little while, but I was hoping for an update regarding this suggestion on blocking the blue World Assembly telegrams, (especially now that we have that cool team of development managers now as opposed to last time)? It could be done much in the manner that you could block recruitment or campaign telegrams, and it would be a great quality of life improvement for the nations in the WA but don’t want to be involved in the political aspect of the organization.

Changing WA Compliance TGs into notifications has been asked dozens of time. It's not happening any time soon.

Reason: our existing forum software is due to be replaced at some point by a new bespoke one; this will involve a rewrite of the notices system. Admin doesn't want to spend time making non-trivial changes to notices when that system is due to be overhauled. When the forum and notifications overhaul happens, it's expected the Compliance TGs will be changed into notifications.
