What goes into your nation description?

Does anyone have a full formula of what goes into it? I know the first paragraph goes something like:

The [PRETITLE] of [NATION] is a [SIZE], [TRAIT] nation, notable/remarkable/renowned for it's [2-3 TRAITS]. The [SEVERAL TRAITS] population of [NUMBER] [DENONYM] [WA CLASSIFICATION DESCRIPTION].

I was just curious because it seems like an odd mix of relevance and randomness as to what aspects are included.
