Bug in RMB posting

I was posting a message on the RMB when I pressed the

Code: Select all

[nation][/nation]

automatic button thing with the flag on it and it erased my entire message and replaced it with

Code: Select all

undefined

This feels like it would probably be impossible to fix because of how weird it is and how little info I can present, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Yes I know, that's why it's so strange.

I had the thing after writing something in parenthesis, but even that works normally. That's why I feel like it's probably very specific. Ending in parenthesis, 1 space, exclamation mark before space, mobile, etc,. or something (don't use anything I said as definite information)

Weirdly, that emoji in your post didn’t work either. From what I can see it just says

:blink:

with a box around it. As for the RMB posting problem, I’d assume it has to be a glitch. Maybe you didn’t spell the nation name right and the boneyard’s broken?

If it happens again & you're in a desktop browser, you can press F12 and look in "Console" to see an error message.

We only log JS error messages for a short period after code changes on our end, so I don't have anything to look up here.

Sometimes these things can happen if the browser is blocking / modifying page elements, or if something important on the page doesn't load.

Most likely you have Smilies off. Turn it on and it should work.

Most likely you have Smilies off. Turn it on and it should work.

It's working now, fortunately. It just wasn't then.
