WA Voting Times

This is probably just a display bug. "Commend Kandarin" only had four days, according to the display, but voting ended on the appropriate fifth day, anyways. The WA timeline seems to have an error, which is probably the result of somebody filling it what the display said, rather than going by fives. According to my telegram, "Humanitarian Aid Coordination" voting ended on 00:00 of June 30th, not on June 29th... Which would definitely mean that there's no longer a day between resolution at-vote.

So, if resolutions last 5 days, ending on 12:59 of the fifth day/00:00 of the 'sixth day', and the next resolution goes to vote immediately after, the timeline should look something like this:

  • Commend Equilism: 2009.07.04
  • Food Welfare Act: 2009.07.08
  • Commend Jey: 2009.07.12
  • Condemn NAZI EUROPE: 2009.07.16
Anybody have any comments on that?

I believe Py fixed a bug that prevented new resolutions from entering the floor during a minor daily update.

Not exactly. I found that resolutions at vote could end on minor updates, but proposal voting only ended on major updates. I made it so both can end on either update.

Hm. So, this removed the day or so between resolutions at-vote? Which means that resolutions still have 4 days of voting (I don't know why I thought they had five days), and the timeline should look something like this:

  • Commend Equilism: 00:00AM 2009.06.29 - 11:59PM 2009.07.03
  • Food Welfare Act: 00:00AM 2009.07.04 - 11:59PM 2009.07.07
  • Commend Jey: 00:00AM 2009.07.08 - 11:59PM 2009.07.11
  • Epidemic Response Act: 00:00AM 2009.07.12 - 11:59PM 2009.07.15
  • Condemn NAZI EUROPE: 00:00AM 2009.07.16 - 11:59PM 2009.07.19
Does that correctly reflect the the time schedule of resolutions at-vote?

I'm so confused right now. :\ It would be great if Py or somebody could explain it.
