I have a problem but i think it is a glitch. A fee minutes ago, i was a 'capitalist paradise'but now, it calls me' communists', i never chose any scenarios in my issues that would make me communist. What is happening?

It's because you have the "conservative" theme on in your settings. Your actual government type is "Inoffensive Centrist Democracy" as shown under your name and post count on the forum. Some of the themes (liberal and conservative, mostly) add that extra sarcastic government type on your nation's page.

As a serious reply, some choices in issues might have unintended consequences. It’s part of the allure of NS, and it can be absolutely hilarious once you get used to it.
