Is the Dossier activity link meant to be unformatted?

Is the Dossier activity link meant to be unformatted?

When I go to my nation Dossier and click on the activity button (shaped like a radio signal) next to a nation, it takes me to an unformatted page, with just plain code (I think it's XML)?
Is this an error, or is this a deliberate function?

Well, took a look at my dossier activity page, and nothing seems out of the ordinary, so no problems for me.

That's the odd thing: when I go to Activity>Dossier, it's fine.
It's when you go to Dossier, then click on the radio transmission shaped activity button next to a nation name, that it looks odd. Try that.

EDIT: Yes, I know that looks fine, according to your picture, but that isn't what I'm saying.
