Got Sent Welcome TG Twice In Same Region

I was in The Pacific and I got sent their welcome TG twice... I' don't think this is supposed to happen...

The Pacifics often send multiple welcome telegrams over a period of time. I do believe TEP and TWP send one to you for the first three days of your arrival. Were they different?

There's the automatic welcome TG and then there are others that are sent via the API.

It didn't used to be this bad, but oh well. One solution is to block the entire government whenever you spawn a nation in a feeder.
