General Assembly Stats?

Just asking, do passed General Assembly resolutions affect your stats after an update? I'm extremely new to the WA so I don't have an answer, there was another thread that seems a bit sarcastic.

If your nation is a member of the World Assembly when a GA resolution passes, then it does effect your stats.

Yes. Just don't answer an issue during update and see whether there are changes anyways.

I'm not sure how quickly the stat changes come in, but if it's not immediate, you can always have a nation in the WA simply not answer issues. Warzone Codger does that.
