Just asking, do passed General Assembly resolutions affect your stats after an update? I'm extremely new to the WA so I don't have an answer, there was another thread that seems a bit sarcastic.

Yes. Just don't answer an issue during update and see whether there are changes anyways.

I'm not sure how quickly the stat changes come in, but if it's not immediate, you can always have a nation in the WA simply not answer issues. Warzone Codger does that.

I think they're determined based on the category.

With a Repeal being half as powerful as the resolution that it repeals, but acting in the opposite direction.

I've never really seen huge effects from WA resolutions and my nation is about as anti-aligned with the WA as it gets

The effects were reduced a few years ago.
