While answering issues, I came to the realization that many of the headlines I was seeing were ones i had seen many times before. I then thought that issues once had this issue (pun intended), and it was solved by suggestions by the community

Yeah, don't do that. For one, you've put it in the wrong place. Issue modification gets handled in Got Issues. For the other, let's limit official/unofficial sanctioned threads to the mods, please.
