There are a number of discussion threads in and about other languages for that. Most of the others are in English, and it's best to respond in the language of that thread. It's unreasonable to require everyone else to translate your posts.

You're not a site official. Don't pretend that anything you say is in any way official, particularly something like linguistics that isn't covered by current rules.
