84 hour issue countdown

Upon answering my newly received issue, I noticed a bit long of a wait for the next issue displayed. Currently at 84 hours, it's longer than any throttle and I suspect has something to do with the recent outages. Has this happened in the past?

The screenshot looks wrong. Where it shows 1 second, it shows :1, not :01. Could this be forged, or does it render differently on different websites?

It's in settings, you can check it yourself.

It's on a phone, so I assume it renders different because it is more tall, than wide, so they cram it in to fit space?

i also got the 84 hour cooldown- tried to fix it by adding throttle and then removing it, but it changed nothing besides resetting the cooldown back to 84 hours...
