84 hour issue countdown

Upon answering my newly received issue, I noticed a bit long of a wait for the next issue displayed. Currently at 84 hours, it's longer than any throttle and I suspect has something to do with the recent outages. Has this happened in the past?

I think it's a bug, since the max issues throttle is 48hrs.
Communist Beijing Must Be China, preferably wanted to be called Cryopathia or CBMC. Most preferred as Cryopathia.
I'm FUSE (Federated Union of the Siberian Empire) ,Basaltia and Seasalandia on Anarchy RP (No Rules RP 2). Sir Helmeiner V is the president, and Spadian III is the vice president. This doesn't apply to Anarchy RP.

The screenshot looks wrong. Where it shows 1 second, it shows :1, not :01. Could this be forged, or does it render differently on different websites?

It's in settings, you can check it yourself.

It's on a phone, so I assume it renders different because it is more tall, than wide, so they cram it in to fit space?

The screenshot was taken during the seconds changing, when the final digit fades out and back in during the change
