An idea to spice up the art scene is to:
1. Allow multi sourced galleries, this would work where you can offer another nation to create a gallery together and this would allow larger galleries to be made and make the game more interesting, if only slightly.
2. When people view collections a small amount of cash(idk what its called) can be given to the player, for the first point it could be a flat rate to each player or a %, there could be cooldowns on getting payed from viewing, limits on collections etc.
