Where to talk to mods abt F7?

Hi, I've been trying to reach mods abt the dying F7 and why they need to give others a second chance, but when I put it in one of the forums it gets locked and I'm told to go to a diff. forum. the only problem is that everyone is telling me to go somewhere different.

So, WHERE? WHERE DO I MAKE F7'S CASE?
