New rankings

I was thinking right now about idea of new two rankings in nation-states, the percentage of rejected answers about the issues and the amount of issues the nation has rejected. These two categories would add more information, to observe and analize. When I can post it and gave to the administration to create this? What do you think about this?

Yeah, something like 'government apathy' which rates how many issues you dismiss compared to the ones you answer. Could be cool to see.
For example, a rating of 16.4 means you dismiss 16.4% of the issues you encounter.

It would be cool but it would be very easy to get a high ranking because you could just dismiss all of your issues

That's it, could be called like you have just said, about the 'easyness' of this category, I would suggest to add other way of calculation: percentage of dismissed issues (from 0-100%) multiplied by the issues ever encountered by the nation. That way we could see who most government of most frequently dismissed issues.

I would suggest something like "Industry: Logging", "Cultural Diversity" or something.
