[suggestion] colony tag

So I was looking through all wild things excellent guide to region tags here https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1379609 trying to find what we call future tech that's not very scifi-ish.(turns out NFT is monkey money, not an acronym for near future tech) anyway...
We have invader/defender/neutral for gameplay alignment
We have imperialist for regions which try to to make an empire of other regions,
We have independent, for regions which maintain their independence from any empire(or from a broader gameplay alignment)

We don't have a tag for regions which are not independent, but instead property of another region hence; colony.

If nothing else, with imperialism on the upswing, it will give us something to fight over.

I own several regions. The addition of a "colony" tag would help me manage and sort them better, as I'm sure it would for others. Hence I second this idea.

I'm generally resistant to new tags, but this one seems a worthwhile request. I'd like to hear some more thoughts first, but I'm open to adding this.

Hello yes as owner of some trophies and in light of frontiers down the line, it would be nice to have the colony tag to distinguish between Frontiers that are a colony to a Mother Region and those who are independent and swear fealty nowhere else.

Would very much like to see this become a tag, not just for a formal tag for a colony but as a helpful way to organize regional embassies in third-party tools by filtering a region's embassies for only regions tagged "colony".

Hello yes as owner of some trophies and in light of frontiers down the line, it would be nice to have the colony tag to distinguish between Frontiers that are a colony to a Mother Region and those who are independent and swear fealty nowhere else.

My thinking is similar, it could have a useful role in the upcoming f/s update. I do not immediately recall if there were any tag plans when that goes live, but regardless it seems complimentary to the existing "Imperialist" tag.

I expect that its most common use would be as one of the labels that raiders placed on regions that they seized (and even on regions that they'd only "tagged")...

I think this would help newer players (like me… sort of) avoid moving to regions that have been raided. Apparently this happens more often than you think.

Doubtful. I certainly don't go to the effort of changing the tags, it's just too much work, especially when the region has *all* the tags.
