Many of the first paragraph, second-sentence statements regarding a country's "type" do not at all make sense. For example, in my nation, it makes literally no sense to say that people live "in perpetual fear from the breakdown of social order" whenever a libertarian government is the functioning top-tier and more than 50% of the populace is considered "cheerful" and in the top 34% of the entirety of NationStates for "niceness". By definition, this would not happen and it makes reading the initial page of the nation highly contradictory to the point that it seems stupid, not clever. Perhaps not trying to blanket the entirety of a type of government into one single, unoriginal, and monotonous sentence would behoove you.

The description you quote is obtained from having a government type of Anarchy. Which you have. Furthermore, NationStates is a satirical game. Don't take the descriptions seriously. If you wish, you can ignore the game's description of your nation and make up your own, as many roleplayers do.
