Flags missing from create nation screen?

Please could we include these flags at the Create a Nation page:
Spain
Community of Madrid
Region of Murcia
La Rioja
Ibiza
Mallorca
Menorca

United Kingdom
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_English_flags#Historic_counties includes some info on these flags for counties, which can work well for nation flags.

Why not, just, like, upload images of these flags as your own flag?

The admins have only added flags for countries/unofficial countries. They are not going to add flags for every state, province, region, county, town, city, village,etc. of every single country.

The flags of Madrid, Murcia and La Rioja are available defaults already.

West Bromwich Holme is not asking for every single flag that has ever existed, ever, to be added. He is simply requesting that the flags of English counties (and a few Balearic Islands) be added as defaults.
