How can I repeal the decision of an issue?

I misunderstood the issue and clicked on an option which I wasn't meant to pick.
How can I change it?

Unfortunately, your only option is to wait until a new issue comes around with an option that lets you reverse the decision.

I recommend you turn on "Require confirmation before passing legislation" in your settings, which makes it harder to accidentally choose options.
