How to remove uploaded regional flag options?

So I accidentally stupidly uploaded many flags to set as my regional flag, but I didn't intended to do that. Now, each time I go to the appearance section of the regional admin page, all the uploaded flags are still there even though I don't set them as the regional flag I will never set them either do I'd like to remove those flags I uploaded and just stay with the one I will actually set as my regional flag. Is there a way to delete them all?

I don't think you can.

They will delete themselves eventually if they are not chosen as the current flag.
