Odd image formatting on dispatches?

Noticed this little bizarro when I was working on some dispatch stuff. On mobile, images with the view tag for “standout border shadow” appear randomly pushed off to the side of the screen, but without the view tag, it is properly formatted. Any way this can get fixed? Is it a formatting issue on my side or is it something weird on the mobile style?
