Password Leak?

My iPhone is telling me my password to my puppet “Kazrogu Card Storage Bank” has appeared in a leak.

Just wanted to ask about this, gonna change my password regardless but is this happening to other people?

If you use that email and password combination elsewhere on the internet, it may be coming up in a breach from elsewhere. Chrome also detects for such combinations - it's not specific to the website in that case.

Right. There has been no password breach from us, at least as far as I'm aware, but there's no shortage of those on the internet, and if you reuse the same password on different sites, your browser will wisely warn you about all of them.
